Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance across our branches and corporate offices. The ideal candidate should have experience in both on-site field support and technical IT troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations of systems, hardware, and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support across retail branches, warehouses, and offices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform desktop support, printer/scanner configuration, and break-fix maintenance.
- Handle IT service tickets, perform L1/L2 support, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Support ERP/application-level troubleshooting.
- Install and maintain hardware components and network cabling.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware installation and repair.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or field service roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- UAE experience and driving license preferred.
