Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover while accommodating guest preferences.
  • Provide menu information and answer questions about daily specials and promotions, enhancing the dining experience.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service for guests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a focus on guest interaction.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous for diverse clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create rapport with guests and foster a welcoming environment.
