Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the wood polishing team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Inspect finished wood surfaces for quality, identifying and rectifying imperfections to maintain superior standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, minimizing workplace hazards and promoting a safe working environment for all.
  • Coordinate the procurement of wood polishing materials, managing inventory and optimizing material usage to control costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree or vocational training in woodworking or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wood polishing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, demonstrating proven expertise.
