Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support service provider onboarding and manage day-to-day platform operations.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to and onboard new service providers onto the BuzzBusy platform
- Guide service providers on how to use the platform effectively
- Respond to customer and provider inquiries professionally and on time
- Follow up on job requests and ensure smooth communication between customers and providers
- Investigate and resolve complaints from customers and service providers
- Manage and update the web-based admin portal
- Support operational tasks including tracking:
Requirements- Experience in customer service, operations, or handling multiple clients/vendors
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable using web-based platforms and software tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle invoices, payments, and tracking tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and organized approach
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a startup environment
- Candidates with their own visa are preferred
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with marketplaces or service platforms
- Based in Dubai with knowledge of the UAE market
Preferred Candidate
