Roles & Responsibilities

Printer Technician Needed for Office Printers and Large Format Printers (LFPs) Leading distributor of office printers, LFPs and plotters seeking a talented and dedicated Printer Technician to join our team.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for office printers and Large Format Printers (LFPs) and plotters

• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues related to equipment malfunctions, print quality, or material defects, software issues etc

• Install, configure, and optimize printers

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for different types and models of printers

• Inspect and review printed materials to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and quality

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients both on-site and remotely.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a printer technician, preferably with both office printers and LFPs.

• Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and networking.

• Experience in installing and configuring printer drivers and managing printer connections.

• Expertise in repairing and maintaining various copier and printer models

• Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to printing processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• UAE Driving License
