Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects across multiple entities

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Organize schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Support administrative and operational tasks as required

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Coordinate with other assistants and employees to ensure efficient workflow

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Native Arabic speaker (non-Arabic speakers will not be considered)

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information

  • Professional appearance and attitude
