Job description
We are looking for a high-energy, proactive, and autonomous Personal Assistant to act as the "right hand" for one of our Partners in Dubai. We are not looking for a passive executor; we need a problem-solver who can anticipate needs, manage complex operations, and save the Partner’s most valuable resource: time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage a complex calendar, schedule high-level meetings, and ensure the Partner is prepared for the day.
- Contract & Admin Management: Assist in drafting, proofreading, and organizing legal contracts and corporate documents.
- Travel Management: End-to-end organization of international business trips (itineraries, flights, hotels, visas).
- Dubai Operations: Handle local logistics, liaise with banks, government entities, and service providers in the UAE.
- Communication: Act as a liaison with international partners and clients in professional English.
- KYC Support: Assist with the collection and preparation of compliance and KYC documentation.
Requirements:
- Location: Currently based in Dubai (mandatory).
- Language: Fluent English (verbal and written). Russian is a plus but not required.
- Proactivity: You have a "get things done" mindset and don't wait for step-by-step instructions.
- Experience: 1–3 years in an EA/PA or Legal Assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced international environment.
- Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, digital savvy (Google Workspace, CRM), and great multitasking abilities.
What we offer:
- Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 (final remuneration is based on experience and discussed individually).
- Professional Growth: An opportunity to develop your career within a leading international legal consultancy.
- High-Level Environment: A dynamic and prestigious working environment with exposure to global business leaders.
