Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Call Center Agent with experience in cleaning, technical services, or facility management. The candidate will make outbound calls, generate leads, promote our services, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
Explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Handle client objections professionally and close sales
Coordinate with the operations team for service delivery
Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and complaints
Salary & Benefits
AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month + incentives based on performance

Experience:

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling / BPO / tele sales
Experience or working knowledge of cleaning services, technical services, or facility management
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email)
