Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Financial Data Management
Enter financial transactions into ERP/accounting software accurately and timely.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Update accounts payable and accounts receivable data.
Verify data accuracy before processing and reporting.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Organize and maintain financial files, documents, and records.
Ensure proper filing of invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment documents.
Assist in preparing reports for audits and internal reviews.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for document verification.
Support the finance department in daily accounting activities.
Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
Follow up on missing or incomplete financial documents.
System & Compliance
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
Maintain accurate data in ERP/accounting systems.
Support compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Experience
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho, or QuickBooks.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
