About the Role:
Join our dynamic team in Dubai as a Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues. You will ensure a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks, phone calls, and scheduling to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette
Manage and maintain appointment schedules and meeting rooms
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in office systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
Coordinate with various departments to support office needs
Required Qualifications:
0-1 years of experience in reception or customer-facing roles
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple lines
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic data entry experience and accuracy
Scheduling and calendar management skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hospitality or corporate office environment
Knowledge of office management software or CRM systems
Working knowledge of Arabic or other additional languages
Post-secondary certification in office administration or related field
Familiarity with Dubai business culture and regulations
