Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently and safely, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
• Direct and manage a team of skilled laborers, providing clear instructions, training, and performance evaluations to maximize productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays or defects.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings and ensuring all team members utilize proper PPE.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, documenting work completed, resources used, and any challenges encountered during the shift.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure construction, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Possesses excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
