Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex MEP system malfunctions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop effective installation and maintenance plans tailored to project specifications.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering.
  • Hold industry-recognized certifications such as HVAC Technician Certification or Electrical Safety Certification.
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems installation and maintenance across various settings.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to the region of work.
