Roles & Responsibilities
1. Government Liaison
Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities.
Process official documentation, permits, visas, labor cards, licenses, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Public Relations Management
Maintain a positive image of the organization.
Handle public inquiries and communication.
Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Documentation and Administration
Prepare and submit legal and official documents.
Track expiry dates for licenses, visas, insurance, and permits.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
4. Communication Duties
Draft official letters, announcements, and correspondence.
Coordinate press releases and media communication when required.
Assist management in external communications.
5. Employee Support Services
Assist employees with visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and immigration procedures.
Guide staff regarding legal and administrative requirements.
6. Compliance and Legal Coordination
Ensure company operations comply with labor and immigration laws.
Stay updated on government regulations and policy changes.
Coordinate with legal advisors when necessary.
7. Relationship Building
Maintain strong working relationships with:
Government officials
Immigration departments
Municipal authorities
External service providers
8. Event and Protocol Coordination
Arrange meetings with officials and external stakeholders.
Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, conferences, or public events.
Manage protocol and hospitality duties where required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
