Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online marketing to build a robust client base.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties' key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the transaction process, from initial offer to closing, ensuring a smooth experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, demonstrating a proven ability to close deals.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on residential or commercial sales.
