Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, including updating information, processing orders, and handling billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and building rapport to foster loyalty.
  • Conduct customer outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant customer service certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional) is advantageous.
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industries.
  • Demonstrates a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, along with fluency in any other language.
