Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR and Payroll software solutions• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels• Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets• Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field Proven experience in software sales, preferably HRMS or Payroll solutions an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid U. A. E driving license (Mandatory)
