Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gaming IT Support Technician to support and maintain the technology infrastructure of our gaming environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining high-performance gaming systems, and ensuring a seamless and immersive gaming experience for users. You will be an integral part of the IT team, working closely with the Client, and IT teams to support gaming hardware, networks, peripherals, and software. Knowlege of and working with drones would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: Knowlege of building and modifying PCS is essential to this role Install, configure, and maintain gaming PCs, consoles , VR systems, and related peripherals. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in gaming systems and related IT infrastructure. Ensure all systems are updated with the latest firmware, drivers, patches, and security updates. Monitor system performance and resolve network issues (latency, connectivity, etc.) affecting gameplay. Maintain gaming servers, including local LAN servers and cloud-based hosting environments. Perform routine maintenance, testing, and performance optimization of gaming equipment. Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and asset inventories.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Filipino nationality is preferred to leverage local market knowledge and cultural understanding.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and other gaming platforms.
  • Has a solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
  • Experience with server administration and maintenance for game servers is highly desirable.
