Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop reports, scorecards, data exploration and visual analytics using existing and emerging tools and technologies.
Provide insights, perform analysis and manage the design, build and delivery of robust dashboards and reports to the business.
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Work with Digital Core Team and business units to determine Bi project missions, goals, tasks, timelines and resource requirement.
Ensure the reports that are developed are tested and all defects and issues are tracked and managed to resolution.
Conceptualize complex Institutional problems, discovering business insights through visualization techniques, turning data into information, and information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Execute advanced data modelling capability to meet the reporting requirements by acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
Collate the metrics, calculations and data for reports and dashboards and work with teams to standardize the reporting requirements.
Work closely with the business teams and interpret their BI needs in technical terms, and define the same to ensure adherence to all BI standards and best practices, document the business requirements, anticipated benefits, success criteria for analytics initiatives.
Develop, deploy and maintain PowerBI cubes, Data base queries.
Optimize data models and queries for performance and efficiency.
Research, review and analyse existing data and reporting outputs and systems and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualization.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
