Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to an impeccable standard, following company protocols and guest preferences.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as required, ensuring all items are presented neatly and appropriately.
Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms or public areas to the relevant department, ensuring prompt resolution.
Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe arrangements for guests and residents, respecting personal belongings and privacy at all times.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and storage areas are hygienically maintained and securely stored.
Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times for the wellbeing of guests, residents, and colleagues.
Support colleagues in setting up guest rooms and public areas for special requests or events, following detailed instructions and luxury service standards.
Manage guest lost property and belongings respectfully, following established procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or property maintenance is an advantage; full training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy and confidentiality.
Effective communication skills and the ability to cooperate with team members and other departments.
Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Reliable, punctual, and organised approach to work, with pride in delivering consistent and outstanding results.

Requirements – Indonesian Nationality, Work Eligibility, and Joining Details
Indonesian Nationality (requirement for this position).
Must possess valid work eligibility and documentation.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to start as soon as possible is an advantage.
