Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and wholesale channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, decorators, corporate clients, and collectors.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotions tailored to target audiences.

  • Represent the shop at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients and vendors.

  • Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile


    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in furniture, antiques, interior design, or luxury retail.

    • Strong knowledge of furniture and antique markets is highly desirable.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

    • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
