Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and record customer transactions at the counter, ensuring precision in billing and cash handling.
  • Issue invoices and receipts, meticulously verifying details to prevent discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
  • Manage cash drawers and reconcile daily sales, promptly addressing any imbalances or variances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a counter billing or customer service role, ideally within a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Strong proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operations.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle financial transactions.
