Roles & Responsibilities

The Administration Assistant supports the daily administrative and operational activities of the facility management department. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating maintenance requests, managing records, supporting staff and vendors, and ensuring smooth office and facility operations.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the facility management team

  • Maintain office files, records, contracts, and documentation

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required

  • Maintain attendance records and staff documentation

  • Support health, safety, and compliance documentation

  • Update databases and maintain accurate records

  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

Highschool/Diploma on related field
