About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate travel, and provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite Assist with event planning and coordination for corporate meetings and functions Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate clear communication Track project deadlines and assist with basic project coordination tasks Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking Provide ad hoc administrative and clerical support as needed Required Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong calendar management abilities and attention to detail Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in travel coordination and logistics High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Qualifications: Experience in event planning and coordination Basic project coordination experience Strong problem-solving skills in an administrative context
