Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
Manage multi-line phone systems, efficiently directing calls and taking messages as needed to maintain smooth communication.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings, optimizing the use of resources and time.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to security protocols.
Those with visa is preferred.
1 day off and 10 hours of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or hospitality are a plus.
1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest relations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software to enhance productivity.
Proficient in English.
