Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.

  • Develop account strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft and IT solutions.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.

  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers.

  • Prepare account plans, forecasts, and reports.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience in IT solutions sales.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Salesforce, Power Platform, and Managed Services.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts.
