Roles & Responsibilities

Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. 


What you will do: 

  • Welcome all showroom visitors and log reasons for visit 

  • Direct customers to the relevant team members efficiently 

  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies 

  • Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate where required 

  • Capture and maintain accurate visitor information (time, date, enquiry) 

  • Understand customer requirements to ensure efficient handling of enquiries 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal teams and processes 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong English communication skills 

  • Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions 

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems 

  • Professional, proactive, and engaging attitude
