Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
What you will do:
Welcome all showroom visitors and log reasons for visit
Direct customers to the relevant team members efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies
Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate where required
Capture and maintain accurate visitor information (time, date, enquiry)
Understand customer requirements to ensure efficient handling of enquiries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal teams and processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong English communication skills
Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions
Basic knowledge of IT systems
Professional, proactive, and engaging attitude
