Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Coverage

  • Deliver effective customer coverage through structured territory planning

  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and buying patterns through regular field visits

  • Develop and execute customer call plans and visit schedules

  • Identify and onboard new customers through proactive prospecting and follow-ups

  • Support new equipment deliveries by promoting parts and service offerings such as PM contracts, CSAs, and Care Track solutions

  • Monitor customer requirements to ensure timely delivery and proactive communication

Financial Sales Performance

  • Achieve sales targets including revenue, gross profit, and market share

  • Promote a professional image while delivering high-quality technical and service support

  • Identify and convert aftermarket sales opportunities across the territory

  • Drive growth in key product areas such as undercarriage, GET, engine, power-train, and hydraulic attachments

  • Collaborate with head office teams to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions

  • Work closely with Service Managers to prepare and present quotations and proposals

General Duties

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement

  • Ensure all customer and equipment data is up to date within internal systems

  • Maintain assigned company equipment and vehicle in good condition

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Follow all health and safety procedures and report incidents or hazards

  • Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives

  • Ensure use of PPE and maintain safe working practices at all times

Quality

  • Deliver high-quality outputs across all customer interactions

  • Promote a culture of “done right, done well, done once”
