Manage and grow the company’s portfolio of franchise tire brands, ensuring strong market presence and sustainable business growth.
Coordinate directly with tire manufacturers and franchise principals on product planning, pricing strategies, supply management, promotional activities, and performance targets.
Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, and regional market requirements.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share across all assigned tire brands.
Develop annual business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives for each brand.
Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 tire requirements across OEM, fleet, dealer, and replacement market segments.
Analyze market trends and customer demand to recommend suitable tire ranges, specifications, and product mix.
Manage sourcing, forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle activities to ensure optimal product availability.
Oversee technical product specifications, homologation, certifications, and quality compliance standards.
Support the sales team with pricing strategies, product positioning, technical presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product performance evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launch activities for new tire ranges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, fleet operators, and OEM partners.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and efficient stock movement.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory to optimize stock turnover and minimize aging inventory.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, demand planning reports, and business performance updates.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers.
Provide technical guidance on tire applications, specifications, and product performance.
Support the resolution of warranty claims, technical issues, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
Conduct product knowledge and technical training sessions for sales teams, dealers, and business partners.
