Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly wind coils for electric motors, ensuring precision in the number of turns and wire placement to optimize performance.
  • Analyze motor specifications and blueprints to determine the appropriate winding techniques and materials required for each project.
  • Perform routine inspections and tests on winding equipment to maintain operational efficiency and prevent downtime.
  • Utilize specialized tools and machinery, such as coil winding machines and insulation testers, to produce high-quality windings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in motor winding or a similar electrical assembly role.
  • Certification in electrical maintenance or motor winding from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or repair of industrial electric motors and generators is essential.
