Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform precise wheel alignment adjustments using advanced equipment to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity.
  • Diagnose alignment issues through comprehensive inspections, identifying problems such as uneven tire wear or steering instability.
  • Calibrate and maintain alignment machines regularly to guarantee accuracy and reliability in measurements.
  • Communicate with customers to explain alignment services and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments based on findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is preferred.
  • ASE certification in steering and suspension systems is highly desirable for credibility in the field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in wheel alignment and suspension repairs in a professional setting.
  • Experience with computerized alignment systems and measuring equipment to enhance service precision.
