Landlord & Agents Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact between landlords and agents regarding property viewings and availability.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationship with landlords to support satisfaction and trust.
Cold-Calling Experience
Conducted high?volume outbound calls to landlords in order to bring listing availabilities.
Scheduled listing appointments and follow ups, maintaining an organized pipeline of warm and hot leads.
Built rapport quickly using confident, friendly communication tailored to each landlord’s personality and needs.
Ability to assess market pricing and recommend competitive listing prices to landlords if necessary.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit reports to line manager.
Ensures all records are updated regularly in our internal database.
Provide line manager with updates regarding the status of listings, landlords communications, and ongoing tasks.
Uphold confidentiality and accuracy of all listing data records.
Market Knowledge & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing and developments.
Awareness of new project launches or high demand property types like studios, villas, 1bhk, etc.
Ensure all listings meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Familiarity with popular Abu Dhabi areas to know property demand levels.
Maintains ethical standards and transparent communication throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Proven experience as a listing agent in Abu Dhabi.
Prior experience as a tele-caller or call center agent is preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic speaker is mandatory
