Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor production schedules and update customers on order status.
Coordinate product deliveries and shipment arrangements.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
Ensure all sales documentation is properly maintained and filed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or manufacturing sales.
Exposure to industries such as beverage, FMCG, or Metallic caps & Seals manufacturing
Knowledge of products like Twist off caps, metal caps & seals , crown caps, aluminum closures, or industrial seals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
