Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.

• Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Receive and process customer orders accurately.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely order execution.

• Monitor production schedules and update customers on order status.

• Coordinate product deliveries and shipment arrangements.

• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

• Ensure all sales documentation is properly maintained and filed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or manufacturing sales.

• Exposure to industries such as beverage, FMCG, or Metallic caps & Seals manufacturing

• Knowledge of products like Twist off caps, metal caps & seals , crown caps, aluminum closures, or industrial seals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with SAP systems is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
