Roles & Responsibilities
Execute precise application of paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve superior aesthetic and protective results.
Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion and a flawless final appearance.
Safely operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including airless sprayers and HVLP systems, for efficient and high-quality application.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting or a related trade is advantageous.
Demonstrates 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting environments.
Experience with spray-painting equipment and finishing processes is an advantage
