Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Associate - Arabic Speaker to join our growing Litigation team in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling litigation matters before UAE Courts, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and managing complex dispute resolution cases. Candidates must possess excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple cases and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle civil, commercial, employment, real estate, and other litigation matters before UAE Courts and relevant authorities.
Draft and review legal memoranda, statements of claim, pleadings, submissions, legal notices, and court-related documentation.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Manage case files, court deadlines, hearings, and client communications.
Attend court hearings, expert meetings, and client consultations.
Liaise with clients, courts, experts, translators, and internal legal teams.
Support and supervise junior lawyers and trainees where required.
Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of legal services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
Minimum 5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably within a reputable UAE law firm.
Strong knowledge of UAE litigation procedures, court processes, and dispute resolution.
Excellent legal drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
