- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess the quality of materials and workmanship, identifying potential issues early.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish quality objectives and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports for accountability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in engineering principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or civil engineering industry, demonstrating expertise.
- Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable to validate quality management skills.
- Proven experience in managing quality control processes for large-scale construction projects is a significant advantage.
