Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating equipment, and checking for wear and tear on systems.
  • Assist in the repair of building infrastructure, including drywall, flooring, and roofing, to maintain a safe and appealing environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or a similar role within a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Certifications such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical are highly valued, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools, demonstrating technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
