Roles & Responsibilities

As a leader of a team, manage the loading and unloading of materials delivered by supply vessels and barges.

Undertake material handling within tenants' and customers' warehouses and yards as directed by service

orders. Support Cargo-Marine operations and other assigned activities as required by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification

  • Completion of secondary education (equivalent to Grade 10) or an equivalent qualification

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to safely understand lifting plans, risk assessments,

Permit to Work requirements, procedures, toolbox talks, and standard crane hand signals.

  • Successful completion of an ADNOC Group‑approved Rigging and Slinging training course (Level 3)

delivered by an approved Training Company using an approved Tutor.

  • Holding a valid ADNOC‑approved Rigging and Slinging Level 3 Certificate of Competency, with

reassessment conducted in accordance with ADNOC HSE‑PSW‑CP19 and Appendix 10 requirements.

  • Possession of the following relevant competency certificates issued by an ADNOC Group‑approved

Training Provider upon completion of the required course:

  • Basic Fire Fighting

  • Basic First Aid

  • Rigging and Slinging Skills (2‑day course – Level 3)

  • Carriage of Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful Cargo

  • Signaller / Banksman Training
