Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing) to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across processes.
• Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from blueprinting and design to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and data integrity.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA system issues, resolving incidents efficiently to minimize business disruption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Design and deliver user training programs and documentation, empowering end-users to leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• SAP S/4HANA certification in at least one core module (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Proven experience in a specific industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Utilities) with a deep understanding of its business processes.
• Proficiency in one or more SAP S/4HANA modules, demonstrating deep functional and technical knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business challenges and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., German, Spanish) is a plus.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
