- Coordinate complex schedules and manage calendars with precision, ensuring that all appointments are prioritized according to urgency and strategic importance.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations that align with organizational standards, reflecting a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of excellence in administrative support.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Executive Assistant Certified (EAC) are highly desirable.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within the finance or technology sectors, to understand industry-specific nuances.
