Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for network incidents, ensuring rapid response and resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor network performance metrics, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective actions to maintain service quality.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and engineers to escalate issues requiring on-site intervention, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and analysis, documenting root causes and preventative measures to improve future responses.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technology support environment.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing network incidents and effectively coordinating resolutions across teams.
