Bachelor’s degree in any field; Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Strong knowledge of marine navigation equipment and integrated bridge systems for commercial vessels, offshore vessels, rigs, and workboats.
Familiarity with radar, ECDIS, GPS/GNSS, AIS, gyro compass, autopilot, echo sounder, speed log, and voyage data recorder (VDR).
Knowledge of marine internal communication systems for ships, offshore platforms, and rigs.
Experience with PABX/telephone systems, PA/GA systems, talk-back systems, sound-powered telephones, intercom systems, and alarm monitoring solutions.
Knowledge of marine CCTV systems, thermal cameras, access control, vessel security systems, and automation/integration solutions.
Understanding of VTS architecture, coastal surveillance systems, radar integration, AIS networks, meteorological sensors, and command-and-control solutions.
Knowledge of PMR communication solutions, including analog and digital radio systems (DMR, TETRA, P25), repeaters, dispatch systems, and marine communication networks.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic accounts.
Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and project quotations.
