Roles & Responsibilities
. Coordinate export shipments by air, sea, and land from booking to delivery.
. Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, and customs documents.
. Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
. Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
. Prepare freight quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up to secure new business.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
.Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues professionally.
.Maintain accurate customer, shipment, and sales records in the company's ERP/CRM system.
.Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, and industry developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
. 6 M–1 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
. Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP software.
. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage both operational and sales responsibilities.
