Job Details

  • Supervise, coordinate, and allocate repair and maintenance work to technicians to maximize workshop productivity and efficiency.

  • Monitor workshop operations to ensure repairs and servicing are completed to the highest quality standards and within agreed timelines.

  • Drive First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and minimize repeat repairs through effective quality control processes.

  • Support Service Advisors in delivering an exceptional customer experience through accurate repair information and on-time vehicle delivery.

  • Monitor job card progress, workshop loading, technician productivity, and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards, company policies, warranty processes, and audit requirements.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve technical capability and performance.

  • Promote and maintain HSSE standards and ensure a safe working environment with a zero-incident mindset.

  • Collaborate with Parts, Service Reception, Warranty, and Management teams to ensure smooth workshop operations.

  • Analyze workshop performance and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of DMS systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced aftersales environment.


What equips you for the role:

  • Technical Certification, Diploma, ITI, ATA, IMI, or equivalent Automotive qualification.

  • EV Certification (IMI EV Level 2 or higher preferred).

  • Minimum 5–7 years of automotive workshop experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience within a dealership or automotive workshop environment.

  • Strong knowledge of workshop operations, vehicle repair processes, and technician management.

  • Experience using SAP, DMS, or equivalent workshop management systems.

  • Strong understanding of workshop KPIs including productivity, efficiency, utilization, and First Time Fix Rate.

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu would be advantageous.

  • Commitment to HSSE standards and continuous improvement.
