- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of historical cost data and supplier pricing for efficient future estimations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP and Civil estimation within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CostX, Primavera P.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and Civil engineering principles.
