<ul><li>Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP and Civil projects.</li><li>Quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for project execution, ensuring all components are accounted for.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project scope and identify potential cost-saving measures.</li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of historical cost data and supplier pricing for efficient future estimations.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP and Civil estimation within the construction industry.</li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CostX, Primavera P.</li><li>Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and Civil engineering principles.</li></ul>
