Run repair and strengthening works on site end-to-end: patch repair, structural jacketing, crack injection (epoxy/PU), CFRP strengthening, concrete cutting and openings, condition surveys
Select and control the right materials, tools, and plant for each activity
Own the QC and records discipline: joint surveys, consultant hold-point inspections, injection logs, photo documentation, remeasurement
Coordinate consultants, material suppliers, and manpower crews
Work directly with the Operations Manager on method statements, pricing feedback, and delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
BSc Civil/Structural Engineering
3–7 years UAE site experience with hands-on concrete repair, strengthening, or restoration — specialist repair contractor background strongly preferred
Working knowledge of repair materials and systems: Sika / Fosroc / MBCC bonding agents, micro-concrete, repair mortars, injection resins, CFRP
Familiar with the tools and machinery the works run on: jackhammers and needle guns, scabblers, wall saws and core drills, grinders, injection pumps, mixers, access equipment
Confident in consultant-facing inspections and technical submittals in English
UAE driving licence preferred
