<ul><li><p>Run repair and strengthening works on site end-to-end: patch repair, structural jacketing, crack injection (epoxy/PU), CFRP strengthening, concrete cutting and openings, condition surveys<br></p></li><li><p>Select and control the right materials, tools, and plant for each activity<br></p></li><li><p>Own the QC and records discipline: joint surveys, consultant hold-point inspections, injection logs, photo documentation, remeasurement<br></p></li><li><p>Coordinate consultants, material suppliers, and manpower crews<br></p></li><li><p>Work directly with the Operations Manager on method statements, pricing feedback, and delivery</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>BSc Civil/Structural Engineering<br></p></li><li><p>3–7 years UAE site experience with hands-on concrete repair, strengthening, or restoration — specialist repair contractor background strongly preferred<br></p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of repair materials and systems: Sika / Fosroc / MBCC bonding agents, micro-concrete, repair mortars, injection resins, CFRP<br></p></li><li><p>Familiar with the tools and machinery the works run on: jackhammers and needle guns, scabblers, wall saws and core drills, grinders, injection pumps, mixers, access equipment<br></p></li><li><p>Confident in consultant-facing inspections and technical submittals in English<br></p></li><li><p>UAE driving licence preferred</p></li></ol>

<ol><li><p>Supervise repair and strengthening crews on site day to day: breaking out and patch repair, jacketing, crack treatment, CFRP, surface preparation, cutting and openings<br></p></li><li><p>Make sure the work is done the right way — correct surface preparation, correct mixing, correct curing — and stop it when it isn't<br></p></li><li><p>Control materials on site: receiving, storage, batch and expiry checks, mixing ratios, and waste<br></p></li><li><p>Run the tools and machinery properly and keep them maintained: jackhammers, needle guns and scabblers, grinders, core drills and wall saws, injection pumps, mixers, compressors, and access equipment<br></p></li><li><p>Manage daily manpower allocation, timekeeping, and productivity<br></p></li><li><p>Enforce safety on site: permits, PPE, barricading, working at height, hot works<br></p></li><li><p>Report daily progress, quantities, and site issues to the Site Engineer</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>5–12 years UAE site experience supervising concrete repair works<br></p></li><li><p>Hands-on background in concrete repair, strengthening, or restoration preferred — formwork, steel fixing, and concrete works backgrounds also considered<br></p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of repair materials and how they behave: repair mortars, bonding agents, micro-concrete, grouts, epoxy and PU injection resins (Sika, Fosroc, MBCC systems)<br></p></li><li><p>Confident operating and supervising the use of repair tools and plant<br></p></li><li><p>Able to lead a crew and communicate clearly in English (Hindi/Urdu an advantage)<br></p></li><li><p>Third-party certification (scaffolding, working at height, first aid) an advantage</p></li></ol>
