The key duties and responsibilities of the Public Relations Officer include, but are not limited to:
Government Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, and Chambers of Commerce.
Corporate Licensing: Handle the submission, renewal, and amendment of commercial registrations, trade licenses, and Leasing agreement attestation .
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date company legal documents, while staying informed about local labor laws and regulations.
Fines & Legal Resolutions: Represent the company in resolving issues, fines, or disputes with government and municipal authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the local market.
Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
Network: Strong existing relationships within local government departments and ministries.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with online portals such as Tasheel, Amer, Smart Channels, and MOHRE.
Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Logistics: A valid local driving license is essential.
