• Support Market hall areas and enhance Add-on sales using visual merchandising techniques.

• Lead work brief processes in collaboration with Sales and Logistics Managers.

• Guide and develop specialist co-workers in the Com&In department.

• Provide expert advice on range presentation to achieve sales goals when range changes occur, sales drop, or items are out of stock.

• Participate in projects and activities within the store, such as rebuilding business areas based on changing priorities or performance feedback.

• Assist Visual Merchandisers with planned store activities and projects as needed.

• Ensure visual merchandisers receive training in safety and security measures for equipment use.

• Facilitate development programs for Visual Merchandisers to secure store performance and succession needs.

• Recruitment involvement to ensure vacancies are swiftly filled with suitable candidates.

• Drive positive outcomes in employee surveys and address areas of low satisfaction.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years experience within the Communication & Interior Design department at IKEA.
